Program Introduction

  1. UMAP is the acronym for the Organization called University Mobility in Asia and the Pacific. It is a voluntary association of government and non-government representatives of the higher education (university) sector in the region. For the exchange student program, it is acronymed USCO. For USCO, there are Programs A, B, C. Program A UMAP Multilateral Student Exchange Program or UME)、Program B UMAP Bilateral Student Exchange Program or UBE)、Program CUMAP Student Exchange on Special Courses or USC.
  2. Students who participate in Program A and Program B will receive deduction on tuition fee. Every UMAP member school can send two students or receive two students to the USCO member countries. Students who successfully become exchange students through USCO will have the opportunity to receive UMAP Taiwan Exchange Student Scholarship from Ministry of Education.

  4. Copies of Language proficiency certificate and the required language certificate

2023 Fall Semester: from December 9th, 2022 to December 30th, 2023 (all the application procedures should be done)
