Obligation for student participate in exchange program

Student who are selected to participate in the exchange program will need to complete the following duties：

1. Attend the orientation for the exchange student to understand all the subjects for the study abroad。
2. Complete the registration for both universities and follow the regulation for the exchange university and government policies. Not follow to break the regulation or affect the university reputations
3. Without the permission from both universities, student is not allow to extend or shorten exchange periods.
4. After arriving at the exchange university, student will need to submit the require documents via email or fax to the person in charge at OIR Office.
5. After the exchange program ends, student will need to return to home university report to the OIR office no later then the first week of the next semester. Credit transfer procedures must be complete before the course registration period.
6. Student must submit the report essay within a month after returning from the exchange program. OIR office will preserve the right to upload the essay to share with other students.

Notification for the report essay：

6. 1. 1. Must be 3,000 words or above and attached with the photos in JPG format。
      2. Submit in digital copy to the person in charge at OIR office
      3. If student filed to submit the report essay, the deposit would be refund
      4. Please submit the report essay by September 20^th for returning in Spring semester, March 31^st for returning in Fall semester.
7. During the exchange period, student must register no less than one course and must complete the credit transfer procedures within 2 months after completion of the exchange program. If you are student about the graduate after the program, please consult with the academic office for the deadline for the credit transfer procedures. If student failed to complete the procedures, student will need to register for the following semester according the university regulations.
8. Student will need to assist the OIR office to promote the international exchange related activities such as experience sharing, activity promotions, reception and guide tour…and so on.
