International Programs Road Map |

Tunghai University Office of Interanational Relations has created a road map for Tunghai students could have variety study abroad experiences so student could make study plan to have fruitful international experiences during their student life.
International Experence and Volunteers：Every Spring semester, OIR office will host international week and variety internaitonal experience activities on campus for student could have culture exchanges between international and local students. We also welcome Tunghai student to appy for become an international volunteer to assist international exchange students from our partner universties in order to have chance to experenice different cultures and help them adapt into Tunghai Student life. Short-Term Program (On line/Off line)：Short-Term program is usually provide by our partner university to allow our student to have international experiences to study there for 1-3 months to have langauge and culture experiences. This could also allow student to have chance to understand local study enviernment to encourage student to have interests to study for the long-term pogram in the future. Short-Term program will usually host in Summer or Winter vacations. After the pandemic, our parnter universities sometimes offer online internatioanl activities to encourage student have international experence without going abroad and boarder your horizon when you are still in Taiwan. Exchange Program：Long-term exchange program usually allow our student could study at our partner university for one semester or one acadmeic year. Student will need to tranfer the credits back to Tunghai University when they study at partner uniersities. During the exchange period, student will only need to pay to Tunghai University for the tuition fees and waive the tuition fees for partner universities and partial miscellaneous fee. The selecion for the exchange program usually host twice a year, evey begging of the semester, the OIR office will announce the selection announcement. According to the school regulation, student will need to have at least one semeter study period in Tunghai to submit the applications. The earlist time is 2nd semester of the freshmen year. Student could make plans to decide when you wish to study abroad to submit your applications. Please also refer to our exchange program webpage for more details.
Dual-Degree program：Dual degree program will provide chance for our student to obtain two degrees at Tunghai and our parnter univerisities. Depending on the program, student will have different depature time. Different program will have individual application period, student may refer to the dual degree program webpage for more details. |
