Incoming Student Scholarship

Tunghai University and Taiwan Gov. have found those scholarships below for foreign students.
 
Overseas Chinese Student
  1. The Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship, the Elite Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship, the Grant for Overseas Chinese Students in Financial Need, and the Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship for Graduate Students are all offered by the Ministry of Education.
  2. The Overseas Chinese Affairs Council provides scholarships for overseas Chinese students with remarkable academic performance and good conduct and accepts donations for financial aid for overseas Chinese students.
  3. Tunghai University Grant for Overseas Chinese Students
  4. The Grant of Medical Insurance and National Health Insurance for Overseas Chinese Students in Tunghai University.
  5. Certificate of Thunghai University - Presidential Award
International Degree Student
  1. International students may apply for the Taiwan Scholarship offered by the government. https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw Applicants may apply from February 1st till end of March every year, at the Taiwan Overseas Mission (TOM) in their countries (or the nearest country if there isn’t one in the country).   2. International students who have financial needs and are not receivers of “Taiwan Scholarship” may apply for “Tunghai University International Student Scholarship” at the same time when they submit their applications for admission to THU. For additional information regarding scholarship for international students, the applicants may also contact the Office of International Education and Programs.
